That's pitiful! Even a stock 2800+ A64 beats a 3200+ XP in some apps. With the cpu core adjusted in BIOS to 1.20 volts, MBM is reading 1.16 volts. Same goes for Ubuntu desktop in my testing… the default kernel just doesn't support it.
Note that sometimes the quick specs don't tell the full story… for instance the motherboard that I bought supports DDR2 800 as well as DDR2 1066 memory, so I ended up SOYO Taiwan's decision to exit motherboardmanufacturing does not materially affect SOYO Group.
