Can't Send/Receive in Outlook 2003 Outlook Express-can`t send or receive any emails! I downloaded "Dr. Seems much simpler than error 0x80040403. All rights reserved. the following 3 use port 25 and don't work... I have run adaware/lavasoft recently also. Outlook 2000 was being prevented from sending/receiving at that point by zonealarm.
Try opening the IP address, 188.8.131.52. *edit* the domain was updated at 9:54AM EST. I contacted my ISP who would not support the issue. Change the name of your old pst file and create a new one. I think I told zonealarm to allow outlook to do its thing, but, ever since, I can now no longer send email, only receive. I have to go in and recheck the box every time. Read this thread and noticed that I too had approximately 16000 E-mails in my Inbox. Will post results! I have deleted the first 5 (first thing I did) but no change there.
