However, you can use Win Hex and our tutorials to find out what is missing or wrong with the drive. i tried to connect it to another computer via sata cable but it didn't see the drive either Can't find your answer ? Now if the drive is not showing up in the disk manager, then at this point if the drive is in an enclosure you should try to remove it from the External Hard Drive Not Showing Up In Disk Management If there is no bad sectors then I would just continue the scans, make sure you are seeing your data and if so purchase Recover It All. If you don’t see the drive here, continue to the next section where we’ll try to determine why your drive isn’t recognized.

It might also be they are having issues with the USB 3.0 portion depending on the age of the device.
