If you still can't get it smaller then you will need a third party partition manager to do the job. If you contact our Customer Service they will be able to provide you with revision 0713 though. I prefer clean installation. I generally like to make a clone (or backup) without having to change the HD at all. Windows 10 Upgrade Hard Drive Free Acronis doesn't clone, Macrium won't copy to a smaller drive, and AOMEI (despite having an "SSD" check box) sends an error message after two hours of doing... The only caveat is that you have to copy to a same or larger HDD/SSD. It's been a while since I cloned from a smaller drive to a larger drive.)
