When I burn an Audio CD with Nero Burning Rom 9, it lets me rearrange the order of the tracks I want them put on the CD and also lets me I am in no way liable for any losses caused by user error, viruses and/or other malware, hardware or software failure, or any other conceivable reason. Image1 should actually be named Image001, or Image00001, depending how many photo's your working with. You have to request a license but it's free…unless you want to help the guy out. Sounds like making composed CDs for family is just not a feature that is available. I have too many photos/memories to rename all of them now, but you can bet, I will remember it hence forth. I do remember several batch resizing utilities as (also) having a "rename" function..
I tried the method and it worked the first time but in subsequent tries with a different st of pictures in the same folder it did not rename/renumber the pictures. It runs under Windows 95 [98/ME/XP. I certainly became familiar with the "moving stuff around" part while I was attempting to load the photos before burning the CD. All fixed.
