After doing some MS says you have to get it from Dell, and Dell won't "give" it to you. After a lot of different approaches I found your solution. For those that get told that spyware causes the problem: Maybe it does, but in my case it was a problem from Day 1 with a brand new PC and new Ask Dennis!
